What have you done since graduating from Gateways and what are your plans next year?

I spent the past year working as a clinical research assistant in the department of Emergency Neuroscience and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

 How did Gateways prepare you for your future?

 Gateways was the chance I needed to prove myself and provided me with an incredible group of advisors who pushed me to reach my full potential.

What advice do you have for the current/future students of Gateways?

 Build your team early.  Find the people who bring out the best in you and who push you to be the best you can - most importantly - stay in touch with them.
